The Nambiti Private Game reserve has three times the carrying capacity of regions like Botswana and is the only reserve in the region with the big five: buffalo (introduced 1st July 2006), elephant, leopard, lion and rhino and the wonderful seven: the big five plus cheetah and wild dog.
We currently have over thirty other species of game including giraffe, hippo, hyena, impala, springbok, and zebra. Encounter one of these magnificent animals only 4 hours from Johannesburg and 3 hours from Durban.

Elephant Rock Private Safari Lodge boasts five luxurious two-sleeper chalets, including one family unit. All chalets are well spaced for total privacy, and include a bathroom, veranda, outdoor shower and are all within great views of the watering hole.

Activities
All lodges at Nambiti offer two game drives per day. The first drive is at 06:00 and the the second is at 15:30. This means exclusive use of a 4x4 vehicle, accompanied by a trained game ranger.
