The Hamptons Beach Villa, is a brand new luxury 4 Bedroomed Beachfront Home situated on the Exclusive and Prestigious Sheffield Beach, KwaZulu Natal North Coast (10 minutes north of Ballito).
Sheffield Beach is primarily residential and very private.
The Villa is Self Catering Accommodation and sleeps a maximum of 8 people and has magnificent views over the Indian Ocean.

The Villa is a modern, open-plan design, with all rooms and entertaining
areas maximising the stunning views over the Indian Ocean.

The Living area is open plan and leads on to an outdoor veranda
overlooking the Indian Ocean.

There are 4 bedrooms.
GROUND FLOOR
Room 1 - King sized bed and a bathroom en-suite.
1st FLOOR
Room 2 - Main Bedroom with a King sized bed and a bathroom en-suite.
Room 3 - 2 3 beds and shares a bathroom with room 4.
Room 4 - 2 contemporary bunk beds (4 beds) and is suitable for 2 children over the age of 12 years.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player and is fully air-conditioned.
All bedrooms have full frontal views over the Indian Ocean.
BATHROOMS
All bathrooms have a bath, shower and toilet with double basins. The Villa is supplied with toiletries.
THE KITCHEN
The House is Self Catering and the Kitchen is equipped with
an induction stove, a 2 plated gas stove, an oven and microwave for your self-catering convenience.
There is a Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
There is also a Webber for outdoor barbeques.
What to do
BEACH
The Hamptons Beach Villa is situated on Sheffield Beach and has wonderful moon
shaped sandy beaches in-between beds of rock. There are rock pools ideal for snorkelling
or for pottering around looking for all the small sea creatures, or just for sitting, fishing off the rocks.
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the Villa.
Although the house is on the beachfront, there is no direct access to the beach |

The house is close to a variety of Restaurants, and is a 10 minute drive to Ballito's Lifestyle Shopping Centre.

SERVICES
The housekeeper will meet guests will meet clients on arrival and show how all appliances work.
The house is self catering and is serviced daily by the resident House Keeper.
Guests are to supply their own food items.
The house keeper will cook breakfasts supplied by the guests on request.
Basic amenities are supplied. (Tea / Coffee/ Sugar / Salt / Pepper / Condiments etc)

SECURITY
There is a double lock up garage and the entire house is walled with an electric fence. There is an alarm system with armed reaction. The House Keeper will show guests how to arm and disarm the system.
